Refund policy

  • Delivery of goods that do not match the items listed in the order
  • Damage, defects or quality problems with the product
  • If you find any problems with your product, you must notify us immediately. You must email info@declare-beauty.hk within 3 working days of receipt to request a return.

- Describe and provide evidence of its condition

  • All items must be returned in the original condition in which they were sold, i.e., in the packaging and with the paper label. No refunds will be given if the item has been damaged, altered or destroyed.
  • Photos of products on this site are for reference only and may differ from the actual product due to the quality of the photos. Any such discrepancies will not be grounds for a refund or return.
  • Any products not purchased from “Declare Online Shop” will not be processed.
  • Please note that we must inspect and verify returns prior to exchange or refund, and if conditions are not found to be in compliance with our return policy, all returns will not be returned for exchange or refund.
  • In case of any dispute, Kingstar International Trading Ltd reserves the right of final decision.
