Terms and Conditions:
- Points will be automatically earned by completing tasks in designated sections.
- Points earned in the online store can only be used in the online store.
- Members must be logged in before checking out to earn points when shopping on the website. Guest checkouts will not earn points.
- Points for orders will be credited to the system after the order is completed. In case of a refund, points related to the returned products will be deducted from the customer's account.
- Reviews must be at least 10 characters long, and members can earn points only after Declare approves the review.
- Gifts are available on a first-come, first-served basis with limited quantities. Once they are redeemed, they are no longer available.
- Reward codes must be used within 90 days of redemption; otherwise, they will be considered invalid.
- Redeemed points cannot be changed. If the redemption code is not applied during payment and the order is confirmed, changes cannot be made.
- Points earned in and 2025 will expire on December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM. Please redeem selected gifts before the points expire. Expired points will be forfeited without compensation.
- Declare reserves the right to change, terminate, or suspend the Declare website membership program, or modify details of the program, including earning and redeeming points, without prior notice or compensation. In case of any disputes, Declare reserves the final decision-making authority.
